it’s been a long time since i’ve had the aldi brand, but malt-o-meal has carried me through a lot of dark times since this tweet was twot. recount may be needed.
a handful of months after elon bought twitter, i tried to connect my twitter account to my reeder app so i could receive tweets alongside my rss feeds. this was february 2023. immediately after connecting twitter to my reeder app i received a security alert about suspicous activity. i’ve been locked out of twitter ever since. i’ve contacted them multiple times only to be told the following:
We’re writing to let you know that we’re unable to verify you as the account owner. We know this is disappointing to hear, but we can’t assist you further with accessing your account.
For privacy reasons, we can’t provide any information about this account’s email address.
You’re more than welcome to create a new account to get back onto Twitter.

for prosperity’s sake i’d like to record some of my favorite tweets from my original @bjork24 account, but i’m currently unable to access anything before 2014. i’m trying to find someone who works at twitter / x.com to help restore access to my account, but my energy and hope are waning. more to come.
